  Kinesiology uses the philosophy of energy flow, which stems from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Other than this, I was very unfamiliar with Kinesiology before I booked-in at Inner Spark with Tiff Taylor; in fact, as a health professional of Western medicine myself, I was a little skeptical. However, during my session, discussions were plentiful and insightful, while Tiff was genuinely respectful and receptive to both my verbal and non-verbal body language. I was pleasantly surprised from my first visit! I left feeling balanced and now have more clarity, drive and confidence, as well as more perspective! I have found this a natural means to improve both mentally and physically on so many levels. Thank you Tiff!
